1. Thickness: There are two types of aluminum alloy sliding doors and windows: 70 series and 90 series. The 70 series can be used for aluminum alloy sliding doors inside residential buildings. The number of aluminum alloy series represents the thickness and structural dimensions of the door frame in millimeters. There are four common types of aluminum alloy sliding windows: 55 series, 60 series, 70 series, and 90 series. The selection should be based on the size of the window opening and the local wind pressure value. Aluminum alloy sliding windows used for enclosed balconies should not be less than 70 series.
2. Strength: The tensile strength should reach 157 Newton per square millimeter, and the yield strength should reach 108 Newton per square millimeter. When purchasing, the profile can be moderately bent, and it should be able to return to its original state after being released.
3. Chromaticity: The color of the same aluminum alloy profile should be consistent. If there is a significant color difference, it is not suitable for purchase.
4. Flatness: Check the surface of aluminum alloy profiles to ensure there are no dents or bulges.
5. Glossiness: Avoid purchasing profiles with obvious defects such as open bubbles (white spots) and ash (black spots), cracks, burrs, and peeling on the surface of aluminum alloy doors and windows.
6. Degree of oxidation: The thickness of the oxide film should reach 10 microns. When purchasing, lightly scratch the surface of the profile to see if the oxide film on its surface can be wiped off.
