1. When using aluminum alloy doors and windows, the action should be light, and push and pull should be natural; Do not forcefully pull or push when encountering difficulties, but first troubleshoot the problem. Dust accumulation and deformation are the main reasons for the difficulty in pushing out new aluminum alloy doors and windows. It is necessary to keep the door frame clean, especially the cleanliness of the sliding groove. A vacuum cleaner can be used to remove the accumulated dust from the groove and the door sealing strip.
2. When cleaning aluminum alloy doors and windows, do not step on the aluminum frame or pull on the frame as a support.
3. Aluminum alloy doors and windows can be dipped in clean water or neutral detergent with a soft cloth. Do not use ordinary soap and laundry detergent, and do not use strong acid and alkali cleaning agents such as detergent and toilet detergent.
4. After a rainy day, the wet glass and door and window frames should be wiped dry in a timely manner, and special attention should be paid to wiping out the accumulated water in the sliding groove. If the chute is used for a long time, the friction force will increase. You can add a little engine oil or apply a layer of wax oil.
5. The connection parts of the aluminum alloy frame should be regularly inspected, the bolts should be tightened in a timely manner, and damaged parts should be replaced. The vulnerable parts of aluminum alloy doors and windows such as positioning pins, wind braces, and floor springs should be regularly inspected and lubricated regularly to maintain cleanliness and flexibility.
6. Sealing strips and glass adhesive seals are key structures to ensure the sealing and insulation of doors and windows. If there is any detachment, it should be repaired and replaced in a timely manner.
7. Regularly inspect the joint of aluminum alloy frame and wall. If it becomes loose over time, it can easily cause the overall deformation of the frame, making it impossible to close and seal the doors and windows. So if the screws at the connection are loose, they should be tightened immediately. If the screw base is loose, a small amount of cement should be mixed with epoxy strong adhesive to seal it.
