PVC profiles for making doors and windows. Due to the insufficient strength of doors and windows processed solely with PVC profiles, steel is usually added to the cavity to enhance the firmness of the doors and windows. Therefore, plastic doors and windows made by adding steel inside the profiles are commonly referred to as plastic steel doors and windows.
Plastic steel doors are made of main raw materials such as polyvinyl chloride, modified polyvinyl chloride, and resin. According to certain design requirements and relevant national standards, lining steel (usually 1.5mm galvanized cold rolled steel) is filled in the cavity of the profile, and cut, welded, and installed using a dedicated machine. It has the irreplaceable performance of aluminum alloy doors, steel doors, and wooden doors, and compared to plastic steel doors, it has the following advantages:
(1) The material of plastic steel doors has flame retardancy, non self ignition, non combustion support, and can self extinguish;
(2) The thermal conductivity is much lower than that of wood and metal; The insulation effect is much better than aluminum.
(3) Between -30 ℃ and -70 ℃, in the hot sun, rainstorm, dry and humid environment, it is not deformed, discolored, brittle, and resistant to acid and alkali drugs and waste gas salinity, and is not affected by dust, cement, and adhesives.
(4) The carefully designed door structure is equipped with drainage channels, with tight joints that can completely isolate rainwater, and the sound insulation is less than 20 UP.
(5) After cleaning with a cleaning agent, it looks as bright as new and has a service life of generally over 30 years.
In home decoration, places such as kitchens and bathrooms are relatively damp and have a lot of oil smoke and dust. The doors in these places need to have properties such as fire insulation, waterproof and moisture-proof, and easy to clean. Due to the above advantages, plastic steel doors are widely used as kitchen doors, bathroom doors, etc.
